Jaco is a well-seasoned professional who served in managerial positions in various companies in Botswana and abroad.  He is a Director of BelServest FM Botswana.  Jaco holds a master’s degree (MSc) in Project Management from Salford University in the UK, as well as various other qualifications and associations.  Jaco’s 27 years’ experience spans across the board from Business Management, Project Management, and Facilities Management to Camp Management.

Through the current directorships in other entities within Botswana, Jaco has contributed to the growth and sustainability of businesses across Botswana and abroad with a great emphasis and impact on how the business community view Facilities Management as a whole. A strong believer in equality and local development has seen him drive various processes in achieving not just business sustainability but contributing to global and local drives in achieving local development and skills transfer.
